01. Discovery and Briefing
The project begins with an in-depth listening process. The client shares references, routines, and expectations, defining how they intend to use each space.
Based on this information, a conceptual briefing meeting is held to establish the project's guiding principles.
02. Layout study and creative direction
The space begins to take shape. Options for organization, material references, and a color palette are presented — so that the client can clearly visualize the creative path before any decision.
This phase includes concept boards and layout study based on the provided floor plan.
03. Final Concept and 3D Visualization
The aesthetic identity is defined in depth. The approved concept is translated into 3D renders that represent the atmosphere and the material language of each environment.
Includes definitions of finishes, millwork, lighting, upholstery, and FF&E furniture recommendations.
04. Technical Project
Each creative decision is turned into detailed technical documentation, which enables the proper execution of the project by all stakeholders.
Includes floor plans, elevations, carpentry details, lighting plan, material specifications and a budget estimate with suggested suppliers.
05. Implementation
The studio oversees the execution: from the selection of suppliers and artisans to site visits — to ensure that the final result aligns with the approved concept.
Includes analysis of proposals, coordination with contractors and support in the procurement of furniture, lighting and decorative elements, whenever requested.
